OBJECTIVE: Students will be able to identify possessive adjectives.
LEARNING OUTCOMES: At the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
1.     Identify possessive adjectives
2.     Fill in the blanks using the correct possessive adjectives
3.     Rearrange and write 3 sentences using possessive adjectives

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Lcd, Internet access, and speaker.

SET INDUCTION                   
  (5 mins)

1.     Teacher greets students.

2.     Teacher asks two students to come in front of the class and give a marker pen to both of the students.

3.     Teacher includes possessive adjectives and tells students about today’s topic.  

1.     Students greet teacher.

2.     Students respond to teacher’s instruction.

DEVELOPMENT                       
ACTIVITY 1
(15 mins)



1.     The teacher shows a video from YouTube about the definition of possessive adjectives.

2.     Teacher shows some examples of possessive adjectives.


3.     Teacher gives students a copy of the notes.

1.     Students listen to teacher’s explanation.


2.     Students take note in their exercise book.
3.     Students receive the notes from the teacher.
DEVELOPMENT
ACTIVITY 2
(15 mins)
1.     Teacher asks students to go to a web page to test the students' understanding on possessive adjective. https://www.proprofs.com/quiz-school/story.php?title=possessive-adjectives

2.     Teacher asks students to answer the quiz individually.

3.     Teacher discusses the answers with the students.
1.     Students go to the website.

2.     Students answer the quiz.

DEVELOPMENT
ACTIVITY 3
(15 mins)
1.     Teacher asks students to divide themselves into seven groups

2.     Teacher asks students to discuss and rearrange the sentences and rewrite the 3 sentences by using possessive adjectives and share the answer on a page created by the teacher which is padlet.com.


3.     Teacher asks one representative from each group to present their work in front of the class
.
1.     Students divide themselves into seven groups

2.     Students discuss with each other and rearrange and rewrite 3 sentences by using possessive adjectives and submit on padlet.com page.

3.     One representative from each group come to the front of the class and presents their work.
CONCLUSION                        
 (10 minutes)

1.     Teacher recaps the lesson and asks students the definition of possessive adjectives.

2.     Teacher concludes the lesson.
1.     Students explain the definition of possessive adjectives.

2.     Students listen to teacher explanation and conclusion.


FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITY: Students are given homework on possessive adjectives and they need to submit it in the next class. ( Students may use Pinterest website for additional worksheets)
